What is your return policy?

At Satine, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping items back.

To initiate a return, please reach out to our team at contact@satineshop.com, and we'll provide you with returning instructions. Please note that the original shipping charges are not refunded.

Are there any requirements for returning an item?

To be eligible for refund, merchandise must not be worn or laundered, and its original tags must be attached. Items must be in salable condition and must be returned within 30 days of the original delivery. Items worn will not be accepted for return.

Item must be in its original packaging. If the original packaging is unavailable, the customer will be responsible for arranging equivalent packaging - both external box and protective materials.

One received and inspected, you will receive an email letting you know if your return was accepted or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original form of payment within 3 business days. Your banking institution may take additional time to process and post the transaction to your account.

Sale items are non-returnable.
